Warranty and returns
You may return any product you bought at our store within 14 calendar days after delivery. We will accept the return and provide 100% money back as long as the products are not used in any way and are in a resalable and undamaged condition and complete (it is acceptable to try on, but products can not wear signs of use and can not be washed). To make a product return please follow the steps below:
1. Download and fill out Return form
2. Send the signed return form together with returend products within 14 days after delivery to:

The refund will be made immediately after receiving and checking the returned products. The Customer covers the shipping costs of the returned products.
COMPLAINTS / WARRANTY
We do our best to provide the ultimate quality products. However, if you notice any defect in received product, please contact us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org providing detailed description of the defect.
After product defect is confirmed you can:
- Request to lower the product price;
- Request return (for relevant product defects);
- Request exchange for a defect-free product;
- Request to remove the defect.
